This bill requires
the Bureau of Insurance to convene a stakeholders group to identify the best
practices for evidence-based alternative therapy for the treatment of opioid
and heroin addiction. The bureau has indicated it has no expertise in this
area and would most likely hire a qualified consultant. No estimate of the
cost involved is made at this time. |
