The addition of
hedgehogs to the unrestricted species list would remove the permit
requirement for hedgehog importation and ownership, resulting in a minor loss
of General Fund revenue to the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife
(IFW). Any additional costs to IFW to amend its rules are expected to be
minor and can be absorbed within exsisting budgeted resources. |
