An Act To Support Public Charter School Enrollment Options for Certain Students
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 20-A MRSA §2404, sub-§2, ¶¶K and L are enacted to read:
K. A public charter school may give enrollment preference to students at risk for academic failure.
L. A public charter school with a mission for single-gender education may give enrollment preference based on gender.
