An Act To Provide a Sales Tax Exemption for Career and Technical Student Organizations
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 36 MRSA §1760, sub-§101 is enacted to read:
101. Career and technical student organizations. Sales to nonprofit career and technical student organizations recognized by the Department of Education.

This bill provides a sales tax exemption to nonprofit career and technical education student organizations recognized by the Department of Education.
