Amend the bill in section 1 in the 4th and 5th lines (page 1, lines 15 and 16 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "License and Registration" and inserting the following: 'Warden Service'
Amend the bill by adding after section 1 the following:
‘Sec. 2. Transfer; Inland Fisheries and Wildlife carrying account. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the State Controller shall transfer $300,000 by June 30, 2019 from the Inland Fisheries and Wildlife carrying account, General Fund account within the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife to the Warden Service General Fund account within the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. These funds may be allotted by financial order upon recommendation of the State Budget Officer and approval of the Governor.’
