An Act To Create Equity for Wine and Spirits Container Deposits
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 38 MRSA §3103, sub-§4, as enacted by PL 2015, c. 166, §14 and amended by PL 2017, c. 140, §1 and affected by §3, is repealed and the following enacted in its place:
4. Wine and spirits containers. For wine and spirits containers, regardless of container size, the refund value may not be more than 5¢.
