‘An Act To Authorize a General Fund Bond Issue To Fund Wastewater Infrastructure Projects’
Amend the bill in section 1 in the 3rd line (page 1, line 8 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "$50,000,000" and inserting the following: '$30,000,000'
Amend the bill in section 5 under the caption "ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, DEPARTMENT OF" in the 8th line from the end (page 2, line 7 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "$47,650,000" and inserting the following: '$27,650,000'
Amend the amendment in section 9 in the 3rd line (page 2, line 32 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "June 2017" and inserting the following: 'the month of November'
Amend the amendment in section 9 in the question in the first line (page 2, line 36 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "$50,000,000" and inserting the following: '$30,000,000'
SUMMARY
This amendment changes the title, reduces the funds provided to the Wastewater Treatment Facility Planning and Construction Grants program by $20,000,000 and changes the timing for the referendum.
