Amend the bill by striking out everything after the enacting clause and before the summary and inserting the following:
‘Sec. 1. 20-A MRSA §1001, sub-§20 is enacted to read:
20. Adoption of policy on involuntary transfers of teachers. Each school board shall adopt and implement a policy governing the transfer of a teacher to another location when the transfer is not voluntarily agreed to by the teacher.
Sec. 2. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

This amendment replaces the bill and changes the title to reflect the provisions of the amendment.
