An Act To Protect Condominium Owners in the Event of a Power Outage
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 33 MRSA §1602-122 is enacted to read:
§ 1602-122. Electricity generators
A unit owner may install a backup electricity generator for the unit in a common element space as long as the installation does not block or disrupt the use of the common element space.
