Amend the bill by striking out all of section 2 and inserting the following:

SUMMARY

This amendment is one of 2 minority reports from the committee. The amendment does not prohibit a political subdivision of the State from adopting an order, ordinance, rule or regulation that regulates possession of a firearm while inside an emergency medical services vehicle that is owned or operated by or on behalf of the political subdivision.
