An Act To Make Excessive Boat Noise a Public Nuisance
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §13068-A, sub-§10, ¶D is enacted to read:
D. This subsection may be enforced by any law enforcement officer. A person may bring a private nuisance action for a violation of this subsection.
