Amend the bill in section 1 in §411 in subsection 9 in the 2nd and 3rd lines (page 1, lines 33 and 34 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " an event where people gather as part of a community for the benefit of those gathering or for the benefit of the community, including but not limited to"

SUMMARY

This amendment removes meat and meat products, poultry and poultry products and fish and fish products from the definition of "farm food product." The amendment also limits the events that are included in the definition of "traditional community social event" to the events specified in the bill.
