An Act To Make Maine's Public Boat Launching Ramps Accessible by Persons with Physical Disabilities
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 5 MRSA §1754 is enacted to read:
§ 1754. Public boat launching ramps
A public boat launching ramp that is newly built, repaired or refurbished on or after the effective date of this section must be accessible to and usable by persons with physical disabilities in conformance with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended.
