Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

General Purpose Aid for Local Schools 0308
Initiative: Provides ongoing funds for start-up grants for expanded access to public preschool programs for children 4 years of age pursuant to the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 20-A, chapter 203, subchapter 3.
