Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 2 in the last blocked paragraph in the 4th line (page 1, line 31 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: "remains or dead body" the following: ' , except that if the funeral director or practitioner of funeral service has knowledge that cremation conflicts with the deceased person's religious tenets and practices, the funeral director or practitioner of funeral service may not cremate the remains or dead body'
