Amend the bill by adding after section 16 the following:

‘Sec. 17. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

ETHICS AND ELECTION PRACTICES, COMMISSION ON GOVERNMENTAL

Governmental Ethics and Election Practices - Commission on 0414

Initiative: Decreases the allocation to the Maine Clean Election Fund due to elimination of funding for gubernatorial candidates and elimination of one temporary project position.
