House Order To Require the House Elections Committee To Review the Qualifications of George Hogan for Election to the House of Representatives

ORDERED, that the Standing Committee on Elections shall convene in an expeditious manner at the call of the chair to examine thoroughly issues relevant to the election in House District 13 regarding the qualifications of George Hogan to hold office as a properly elected candidate in the 128th Legislature, and that the committee, by December 30, 2016, shall make such recommendations to the full House as it considers appropriate.
