|
This amendment
eliminates a one-time General Fund appropriation of $2,465,896 in 2016-17 for
the County Jail Operations Fund to meet the funding needs of the State's
county jails and regional jail and reduces the General Fund appropriation to
Medical Care - Payments to Providers by $2,465,896 in fiscal year 2016-17 as
a result of the increase in the Federal Medical Assistance Percentage for
federal fiscal year 2017. As amended, the bill continues to provide a
one-time General Fund appropriation of $2,465,896 in fiscal year 2015-16 for
the County Jail Operations Fund. |
