The bill exempts
discharges of less than 10 gallons from the requirement they be reported to
the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) as long as the discharge is
promptly removed according to the DEP rules. The bill includes an Other
Special Revenue Funds deallocation to the DEP of $47,400 in fiscal year
2016-17 due to a reduced number of responses to these discharges. |
