Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill eliminates one vacant Planning and Research Associate II position from the Department of Secretary of State and deallocates from the Federal Expenditures Fund by $79,994 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $78,176 in fiscal year 2016-17.
	The bill also eliminates one Customer Representative Associate I position from the Department of Secretary of State and moves $45,831 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $46,339 in fiscal year 2016-17 of Other Special Revenue Funds allocation from Personal Services to All Other to be used for project management services.
