Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment increases General Fund appropriations by $169,735,339 in fiscal year 2015-16 and by $195,046,832 in fiscal year 2016-17. It increases General Fund revenue by an estimated $179,935,339 in  fiscal year 2015-16 and by $205,246,832 in fiscal year 2016-17. The net savings under this amendment in each year of the biennium would be transferred to Maine Budget Stabilization Fund. A balance budget is maintained for the 2016-2017 biennium.
