The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$2,000,000 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2016-17 for
the state contribution to leverage all available federal child care
development funds. Federal Block Grant
Fund allocations are also included for the matching federal share which
utilizes the regular Medicaid FMAP. |
