This bill allows
for the annulment of a person's arrest record and expungement of the person's
confidential criminal history record information in certain
circumstances. Costs to the Department
of Public Safety, Bureau of State Police could be increased significantly,
including the need for additional staff, depending upon the volume
experienced. |
