|
All requirements
of this LD are currently being performed with the exception of two,
collection of the qualifying patient's date of birth and the submission of
the report on transfers of prepared marijuana by dispensaries and caregivers.
Any additional costs to the Department of Health and Human Services to adopt
the changes in this bill are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within
existing budgeted resources. |
