An Act To Protect Casino Workers
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 26 MRSA §664, sub-§2-C is enacted to read:
2-C. Gambling establishment service employees. At least once per pay period, an employer licensed under Title 8, chapter 31 must provide a detailed accounting of all tip revenue collected by the employer and the distribution of that revenue to all of the employer's service employees that receive tips.
