	This amendment reduces the amount of funding for this study that must be funded from outside funding sources from $3,000 to $1,500.  The general operating expenses of this study commission are still projected to be $1,250 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $1,750 in fiscal year 2014-15, half of which must be funded from the Legislature's budget for legislative studies.
