Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The amendment includes Department of Health and Human Services General Fund deappropriations of $1,971,368 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $1,984,529 in 2014-15 and increasing the transfers to revenue sharing by the amount of the deappropriations.  This amendment has no net effect on the General Fund cost of the bill and a balance budget is maintained.
