This amendment
deallocates all allocations to the Efficiency Maine Trust as a result of the
repeal of the assessments that are collected by the Public Utilities
Commission and transferred to the Efficiency Maine Trust. This amendment has no General Fund impact
and a balanced budget is maintained for the 2014-2015 biennium. |
