	This bill includes a General Fund appropriation of $316,928 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $162,394 in fiscal year 2014-15 for the Judicial Department for one Assistant Clerk position, one System Support Specialist position and equipment costs neccesary to accomodate testimony of a child outside the presense of the defendant.
