The Maine Turnpike Authority would receive 90% of the revenue derived from the use of Authority land, rights-of-ways and assets within energy infrastructure corridors.  The remaining 10% would be deposited in the Energy Infrastructure Benefits Fund where 100% of the money is deposited under current law.  To date no revenue has been generated from the use of energy infrastructure corridors.
