	Requires local school administrative units that do not participate in the National School Lunch Program to track and purchase a minimum percentage of Maine foodstuffs directly from Maine food producers or food brokers.				School	Moderate limited scope
	Pursuant to the Mandate Preamble, the two-thirds vote of all members elected to each House exempts the state from the constitutional requirement to fund 90% of the additional costs.
