|
The Public
Utilities Commission (PUC) is directed to establish a renewable energy
feed-in tariff program by developing standards, adopting rules, drafting a
standard contract for electricity purchases by a utility from a small
renewable electric generator, setting just and reasonable rates and
surcharges to provide necessary revenue for the program, and report back to
the Governor and Legislature. The PUC
has adequate available resources for the expenses related to the activities
required. |
