Fiscal Detail and Notes
This bill repeals the Metallic Mining Fund under the jurisdiction of the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and repeals the transfer of $250,000 each ($500,000 total) from the Groundwater Oil Clean-up Fund and the Uncontrolled Sites Fund that would have been required by September 30, 2013.  
Additional costs to the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry and the DEP associated with rulemaking can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
