	This amendment adds an effective date of January 1, 2015 and would restore General Fund revenue of $48,750 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $32,500 in fiscal year 2014-15.  As amended, the bill would still produce a General Fund revenue loss of $32,500 in fiscal year 2014-15 and 65,000 in future years.
