Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Requiring health insurers provide coverage for nutritional wellness and illness prevention measures for policies issued or renewed after January 1, 2014 will have an estimated cost to the State Employee Health Plan of $365,160 (all funds) in 2014-15 based on the assumption of a 0.2% increase in health insurance premiums.  The bill provides an appropriation of $152,795 in 2014-15 for the General Fund costs and an allocation of $57,629 in 2014-15 for the Highway Fund costs.
