By exempting
"working waterfront activity" and "working waterfront
land" from provisions of the Natural Resources Protection Act and
providing flexibility under shoreland zoning laws for land clearing and site
remediation, the Department of Environmental Protection will experience a
slight decrease in permit application fee revenue and related administrative
costs. |
