Amend the resolve by inserting at the end before the summary the following:

This amendment removes a reference to dental procedure D1203 and inserts in its place a reference to dental procedure D1208 in the list of preventive, diagnostic and restorative dental procedures in the resolve since D1203 is an obsolete reference.
