Amend the bill by inserting after section 4 the following:
‘Sec. 5. Signs placed for Gould Academy. The Maine Turnpike Authority, notwithstanding the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 23, section 1912-C and national guidelines relating to directional signs for highways, shall place directional signs on the portion of Interstate 95 designated as the Maine Turnpike at the northbound and southbound exits of the highway that are located closest to Gould Academy, and Gould Academy shall assume all costs associated with the directional signs.’
Amend the bill by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
