Amend the amendment in section 3 in §6302-B in subsection 1 by striking out all of paragraphs A to D (page 3, lines 15 to 18 in amendment) and inserting the following:

SUMMARY

This amendment changes the allocation established in Committee Amendment "A" of the annual elver quota for federally recognized Indian tribes as follows:

1. It decreases the percentage to the Passamaquoddy Tribe from 14% to 10%;

2. It increases the percentage to the Penobscot Nation from 6.4% to 6.9%;

3. It increases the percentage to the Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians from 1.1% to 3%; and

4. It increases the percentage to the Aroostook Band of Micmacs from 0.4% to 2%.
