‘Sec. 2. 34-A MRSA §11273, sub-§6-A is enacted to read:
6-A. Foreign country. "Foreign country" means Canada, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, New Zealand or the Commonwealth of Australia.’
