Amend the amendment in Part A in section 34 on page 344 under the 4th occurrence of "Low-cost Drugs To Maine's Elderly 0202" by striking out all of the Initiative (page 344, lines 30 and 31 in amendment) and inserting the following:
‘Initiative: Reduces funding as a result of eliminating Medicare Part D prescription drug copayments for nondual Medicare Savings Program members.’
Amend the amendment in Part A in section 34 on page 354 in the first occurrence of "Medical Care - Payments to Providers 0147" in the Initiative in the first line (page 354, line 10 in amendment) by inserting after the following: "related to the" the following: 'nondual'
