Amend the bill in section 1 in §585-M in the first line (page 1, line 3 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: " containing" the following: ' corn-based'
Amend the bill in section 1 in §585-M in subsection 1 in the first line (page 1, line 4 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: " contains" the following: ' corn-based'
Amend the bill in section 1 in §585-M in subsection 2 in the 3rd line (page 1, line 8 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: " contains" the following: ' corn-based'
Amend the bill in section 1 in §585-M in subsection 2 in the 3rd line from the end (page 1, line 12 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: " contains" the following: ' corn-based'
SUMMARY
This amendment clarifies that the ethanol referred to in the bill is corn-based ethanol.
