|
The bill
establishes the Dairy Improvement Fund within the Department of Agriculture,
Food and Rural Resources. The 1% of
net slot machine income from the Oxford casino that was already designated in
statute for dairy stabilization will now be deposited in the Fund. The department will require an Other
Special Revenue Funds allocation of $402,413 in fiscal year 2012-13. This estimate is based upon the March 2012
revenue forecast. |
