Additional costs
to the Departments of Economic and Community Development, Professional and
Financial Regulation, Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management and
Secretary of State associated with rulemaking can be absorbed within each
department's existing budgeted resources.
Additional costs to the Department of Secretary of State associated
with collecting and posting information from out-of-state businesses can also
be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |

Any reduction in
General Fund revenue associated with business licenses and registrations is
expected to be minor, not requiring any change to the budget. |
