Legislative Cost/Study
	This amendment delays the effective date and eliminates the $5,000 cost associated with 2 interim meetings of the committee in fiscal years 2012-13 and 2013-14.  Committee costs in fiscal year 2014-15 are unchanged. This amendment also eliminates the General  Fund appropriation of $20,693 in fiscal year 2012-13 and reduces future appropriations by $21,737 in fiscal year 2013-14 for staffing costs of the Legislature.  Estimated future costs for staffing beginning in fiscal year 2014-15 remain unchanged.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment reduces the General Fund cost of the bill by $61,332 in fiscal year 2012-13 and reduces the cost in fiscal year 2013-14.  As amended, the bill continues to have undetermined future costs in addition to the additional costs of personnel at the Judicial Department and the Department of the Attorney General.
