Eliminates Class E crimes and civil violations.
A reduction in fines will decrease General Fund revenue by minor amounts.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
This legislation proposes to repeal the provision of law prohibiting residents of New Brunswick and Quebec from hunting big game and wild turkey in the state without a licensed guide.  This would increase license sales, and therefore General Fund revenue, by an estimated $37,437 beginning in fiscal year 2012-13.
