	Additional costs to the Department of Economic and Community Development to establish and coordinate the required response team and to submit the required report can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
	The Maine State Housing Authority, the Finance Authority of Maine and the Department of Environmental Protection can absorb the additional costs associated with serving on the response team and providing the required assistance upon request.
