Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment proposes to reduce the amount of net table game income from the Bangor facility distributed to the General Fund from 9% to 7% and distribute 2% to a federally recognized Indian tribe.  While the total tax remains at 16% of net table game income, the estimated annual net effect would be a reduction of $106,240 in the General Fund revenue shown on the committee amendment and a payment of the same amount to the Indian tribe.  The payment from the Bangor facility is contingent upon municipal approval of table games.
