| This floor amendment proposes to dedicate 2% of net table game income from the Bangor facility to the Penobscot Nation. An Other Special Revenue Funds allocation will be required for payment to the Penobscot Nation for the additional revenue, estimated at $106,240. The payment from the Bangor facility is contingent upon municipal approval of table games. | ||||||
