	Additional costs to the Department of Education associated with reconvening the PE4ME planning and oversight team to conduct the required review, design the required pilot project and submit the required report can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.  Because this legislation provides that the implementation of the pilot project is contingent upon sufficient resources being available in the Obesity and Chronic Disease Fund within the Department of Education, no General Fund appropriations will be required to fund the cost of the pilot project.  Any additional costs to the Department of Health and Human Services can be absorbed by the department within existing budget resources.
